Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you’ve got a Linux shared hosting package with our company and you want to activate the catch-all option for a specific e-mailbox that you have in your web hosting account, it will take literally only one single mouse click in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to achieve that. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each email address that you have created under any domain hosted in the account. You can choose one single email address per domain by clicking on the corresponding button. This will enable the feature straight away, so all messages sent to mistyped addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button again will turn off the catch-all feature. In case you’ve got enabled email forwarding, our system will display a warning note and you won’t be able to activate the catch-all feature unless you deactivate the forwarding or you can simply pick another mailbox to be the catch-all one.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all email address can be set up with a few mouse clicks if you have a Linux semi-dedicated hosting with our company. The semi-dedicated account will be managed through our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel and you will be able to create mailboxes with any domain name hosted there. To activate the catch-all feature for a specific mailbox, you will need to click the sign with the exact same name, which will be to the right of each mailbox. Disabling the feature can be achieved in the very same way and will not require more than one click either. In case the catch-all feature has already been enabled for a specific domain, you will receive a warning text message. The same goes if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never disable or change anything automatically.
